BACKGROUND

The K-Develop Group is a Finnish financially strong, long-termed owner company.  The goal for the Group is to buy, hold and develop small and middle sized technology companies primarily in Finland.

TARGET

The main target group of companies we are looking for are those where the owner is for example close to retirement and have no one to take over.  As part of the K-D Group the company can continue to grow and develop under its own name and profile also in the future.

SITUATION

The Group today consists of one subsidiary and operating company with about 25 employees and one holding company K-Develop Oy. The subsidiary company is working very focused in selected technology areas. You can find more information of the holding company below.

The Boards of Directors of Teräskonttori Oy and IP-Produkter Oy have signed a merger plan. Both companies are subsidiaries to K-Develop Oy. The “new” merged subsidiary company will continue under the name Teräskonttori Oy, the business ID of IP-Produkter Oy. The merger has taken place in April 2026.

The main owner in Etola Group (etola.fi) is Erkki Etola. Etola Group is a significant Finnish family owned company.

Company management

The operative management in K-Develop Group and the chairman are owners, by their own companies, in K-Develop Oy. The management have a very long experience of technical trade business.
