BACKGROUND

The K-DEVELOP Group is a Finnish financially strong, long-termed owner company.  The goal for the Group is to buy, hold and develop small and middle sized technology companies primarily in Finland.

TARGET

The main target group of companies we are looking for are those where the owner is close to retirement and have no one to take over.  As part of the K-D Group the company can continue to grow and develop under its own name and profile also in the future.

SITUATION
